My guy Alex always helps me out, knows what strains or brands are fire right now. Lets me know what deals are going and whats best to cop. Always great service from everyone when i go there. Great selection and variety and the deals are insane. 10/10

Everyone here is very nice. I do all my ordering online. However, the staff there have recommended future products that I have ordered, and all of them have been great recommendations. Very knowledgeable about all their products. I'm sorry I'm horrible with names, but it has been more than one person who has pointed me in the right direction.

Went in and asked if I would be able to redeem the birthday preroll and loyalty points in one purchase. On the app it says to wait to show the cashier. I showed him both the preroll and loyalty points offer, and he told me to press redeem for BOTH. He made me redeem my points on the app only to tell me I did something wrong because the app doesn’t work that way. Instead of taking accountability or acknowledging the miscommunication he blamed me for nothing knowing what I don’t know. Not only did the employee lack customer service skills, but they then proceeded to only add the points needed for the discount instead of the points the cashier incorrectly redeemed himself on his register.

Awesome place to get your “stuff” I love the infused pre rolls by dog walkers. I met a man named Brennan who checked me in today and told me about the sales going on for the day. I walked in and met a woman named Katie, a spunky lady who was eager to show me items catered to what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable of the strains available. I picked some dog walkers and an Beboe edible pack and I was very satisfied with my choice. I found out that this place is pet friendly and was so happy to see some saggy tails walking around. I was checked out by a very chipper woman named Kelly and she made sure I left with a huge smile for the day. The whole process was quick and efficient as these people seem like professionals in the field. I’ll be recommending every one I know to come here.

One of the best dispensaries in lake county. The entire staff is friendly and well knowledgeable of any product. Pet friendly and great discounts that are labeled online. A man named Blake is one of the superstars there who knows the best types for what you’re looking for.I picked up some flower that he recommended, it was a dog walker infused and it’s one of my new favorite brands. I’ll definitely be going here weekly to grab my supply.

Very quick and easy experience. Placed my order online and was in and out within 15 minutes, on a Friday no less. Prices are about what you’d expect from a dispensary but they have good promos running pretty often. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped check me out but he gave me a small freebie since my birthday was coming up so big shout out to him too. 10/10 experience, left with a smile

Tyler (I hope only one Tyler works there) has helped 3 times in a row, and each time has been a fantastic experience. He provides great customer service, is very knowledgeable (his recommendations are fantastic), and is just chill all around. He has made me feel welcome every-time I have had the pleasure to check out with him.

Went to Altius for the 420 super blowout sale and had a great experience with Kelly the Bud tender. She helped me decide on multiple items and was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be back.

Best dispensary in the area. They have an amazing selection and the best staff! Colbi is an amazing asset to the store. Everytime I see her there she knows my name, walks me though my order, ensures I get the best quality and quantity assuring that I didn't get overwhelmed. This is why I'm a repeat customer

4/20 "deals" are laughable. 40 percent off gets you an 8th for 40 bucks after tax. Oh, but wait, they have 3.5 gram buckets of live resin for 90 bucks, originally 150. Even better though, you can get a half of shake for 70 bucks. I could keep going forever on so-called "deals". The fact you even market these as deals is laughable. Thanks for making me realize how grateful I am to live in Michigan where it's not all greed.

Today Dan and Austin made me love this place again. From Austin getting my debit out of the atm bc my nails wouldn't allow it to Dan giving me a dollar from the tip jar because I was just 1 dollar short. These guys really helped brighten my day and I am very grateful they work here.

Beautiful dispensary, super clean, and great variety to choose from. I placed an order online and it was ready within 5 minutes! When I got to the store, I dealt with Katie and she is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I’d come back just for her alone!

Today I stop in after seeming this location since it opened. Very nice location . Katie was such a sweetheart helping me choose what I was looking for . The cashier was very helpful too. He made sure I was getting the correct drink . Definitely going back.

I love this place! I’m always greeted by everyone who works there, they are all super friendly! My most recent experience with Casey was amazing! He introduced me to a new concentrate (grape sugar cookies) and I absolutely fell in love with! I would definitely be getting this strain again!!! ( if he doesn’t get it all before me) LOL 10/10

Often, I know what I want, but not sure of what I actually need. Thanks to the awesome staff, they are always helpful, know the products so I know what I need. Kudos to Francisco! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right stuff.They have a lot of product and it can be a challenge learning what’s what. If you don’t know something, just ask. You won’t feel stupid for asking questions.I like the online menu! Go online, make your selection and go pick up…easy.

We are the automotive shop on the corner next to Altius- Their employees are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dawn and Justyna run an amazing dispensary. Do not waste your time at any of the corporate or other dispensaries in the area. This is your one stop shop!

Kayla helped me find a better strain that even had a better sale going. Always good sales and great hours so you can stop in whenever is convenient. Even when they're really busy I get in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I wanted to purchase some edibles from Altius. I reached out to Alex G. and he gave me great advice on what I needed for pain. Also giving advice on the best for just mellowing out after a long day and some for sleep. All the edibles he recommended worked great !! I have stopped into Altius a few times and each time it gets better and better. I have been lucky enough to have Adrian service me at check out a few times and it’s really nice to feel so comfortable during the process. Security Ernesto was super friendly, Kayla helped me pick out prerolls that were gas, and showed me how to navigate the computers so I can order. It was all painless and easy to go through.
