Dr Ismail is extremely kind, knowledgeable and organized. I know he sees many patients, however he is thorough and takes as much time as is needed to address all of my gi history and issues.

No problems. A slight delay to see doctor.

Did not have to wait long in waiting room, but after vitals were taken, waited until 40 mins after appointment time to see doctor. Doctor was thorough, paid close attention to detail and interested in my history, but at times seemed to question the care I received from my previous doctor, even though I liked the care I received from my previous doctor.

This was my first appointment with this doctor and I was so pleased. He obviously cared and I felt so heard and validated. It has been a long time since I've had a GI doc that I felt like actually listened and cared.
