@lee_lei_lp @hbomax HBO Max works fine on my devices, but the user interface is atrocious...not as bad as Paramount+, but it's terribleGranted, I only watch it on my Roku devices though
@hbomax ******* sucks. I pay $15 to watch a movie and it doesn’t even play the picture, just the sound. Nothing will fix it and I’m about to put my head through a wall. Thank you for wasting my ******* money.
@hbomax I already own this, so I have no need to stream it. But I would love to stream David Ayer's cut of the film so I can see the all the artists' work as originally conceived. Please #ReleaseTheAyerCut.
Hey .@HBOMaxHelp - when are you gonna fix #TheNanny episodes?! They are completely out of order, especially season 6 — the finale episodes are in the middle! There’s some in S1 that are out of place too! Can someone please fix this???!!
@HBOMaxHelp the app rarely works on the Xbox OnE Series X. About 4 out of 7 days a week I get the error message: Can't Play Title please try again. I'm probably going to cancel my membership waste of money.
@hbomax I am not able to stream Exterminate All The Brutes on my TV. No connection problems, other movies are streaming. What’s up?
@HBO @hbomax sorry i think i don’t remember liking a post and if i did it was an accident...i might watch the show though. no problem.
@hbomax do you need a PM to fix your UX? @srishtiespn can help. Pls.
@hbomax it’s absolutely astounding how many issues I’m having watching this Kong movie on your app. Maybe some more dollars to app development and less to market your sub par movie.
@HBOMaxHelp hello my hbo max app keeps buffering on my ps5 and i have already tried all the steps on your website and they did not fix the issue. it’s an issue with the ps5 app specifically because it works on my smart tv
@hbomax If it is the #AyerCut then yes, if it's not then #ReleaseTheAyerCut and then your platform will crash from the views...again
@HBOMaxHelp @JeffKingman Seriously HBOMax @Samsung too, #1 tv brand and both dismissed customers telling you about it, why don't you roll back to the previous app until you can fix this? It plagues my MU8000 but not my Q80T which is surprising since most complaints are all over the internet.
@Squirrel_Walker @hbomax It struggles the most in browsers for me - almost unusable. Generally it works on my phone and iPad, but it gets picky about it some days. The app on my smart TV is completely hit or miss. And the on the Apple TV, it’s just a total crapshoot.
@hbomax figure your stuff out before I cancel yet again. Netflix doesn't take literally 30 minutes to sign in on a roku TV. Your app interface is weak time consuming and frustrating. Do better now
@hbomax - there is a white vertical bar on 3/4 of the screen (from top) on my Samsung TV app. Seems to have happened after the recent update. Please fix this ASAP!
@HBOMaxHelp You have a fix for the white line on the side of the screen, or are you still "aware" and "working" on a fix over two weeks later?
@Squirrel_Walker @hbomax Disney+ has also been impossible on browsers for me, but otherwise I can’t think of a streaming service that I’ve had this many issues with. Hulu has some odd recurring quirks (especially in browsers), but that’s it.
@hbomax if you’re wondering why no one is watching Real Time via HBOmax it’s because it’s not working. Perhaps you should fix that.
@HBOMaxHelp It's too bad the HBOMax service has been completely unusable for Samsung TV owners since March 25.
@lee_lei_lp @hbomax I do have issues when watching on my laptop too
OK, @hbomax, I'd much rather watch Babylon 5 in its original aspect ratio. The version you're streaming looks terrible. Lots of artifacts from deinterlacing. Ugh.
@HBOMaxHelp Hi! Why is your app abysmal on the PS4?My streams crash 50/50. There’s always a lag (searching and scrolling). And the subtitle function is completely broken.I love your content, but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to consistently enjoy on a PS4.
paying money for subscriptions for these shits not to work I’m out the country @hbomax @hulu smh!
HBO Max App: “Crashes”Fans: Hey @hbomax you should try upgrading your servers WM/HBO Max: *Upgrades Servers..The HBO Max App after upgrading: Still Crashes!#ZackSnydersJusticeLeague #HBOMax #SnyderCut
@hbomax fix the buffering please. I'm new to the platform and kinda wish I was never introduced. All I get is constant buffering. And I don't even want to try the app on the Ps5, practically doesn't work. Guess what skull island is doing currently. You guessed it. Buffering. #fix
@lee_lei_lp @hbomax I get a lot of glitches from Disney. I blame their servers
@hbomax when are you going to fix your app compatibility with Roku devices? Driving me (and, per web forums, many others also) up the wall !! #halp
@hbomaxhelp so I was watching The Matrix the other day and I noticed the aspect ratio is full screen. I know it is a widescreen movie and it feels weird seeing the screen stretched. Some other movies have the same aspect ratio problem.
@HBOMaxHelp @kristnorsworthy You keep saying this but I just saw that you’ve been telling people on Reddit that “you’re addressing the issue” for like two weeks now.
Hey @hbomax your app setup sucks. Totally confusing to click through and difficult to find shows. Seems like an easy fix
